Supporting Documentation - Checklist
You will need to provide the following documentary evidence to support your WEConnect certification application at the site visit. This is required in order to provide evidence that your business is 51% owned, managed and controlled by a woman or women.

General Checklist for all applicants
- most recent 3 years of financial statements
- birth certificate, drivers license or current passport
- Official licences (where relevant, depending on business)
- Most recent 3 years of tax returns
- Memorandum and articles of association
- Certificate of incorporation
- Up-to-date share register
- List of Officers and Directors
- Corporation Tax Return
- Shareholder agreements
- Voting trust agreements
- Lease agreements
- Board minutes and resolutions or agreements regarding decision making powers
- Details of any shares held in trust
- Service agreements for directors and key employees
- Management/consulting agreements
Sole Traders
Limited Company or Corporation
Plus where applicable:
In addition, for Partnerships
- partnership agreement, incl buy-out rights, profit sharing agreements and proof of capital investment by all partners
- LP5 and certificate of registration for limited partnerships only
- LLP2 and certificate of Incorporation of a limited liability partnership
