Negotiation is the most important skill in business and in life to get what you want, need or deserve. We all negotiate every day… be that with friends, family, colleagues or clients, the problem is that we don’t always realise that we could be doing it, should be doing it… or indeed how to do it effectively.

In this lively and thought provoking seminar we will be exploring how to ensure you are fully equipped to plan for, manage and execute your negotiations whatever they might look like. In fact, what you will take away will be as relevant when you get back to your desk as it will when you get home. We will also be exploring and challenging some of the stereotypes and social penalties that women face when they do get to the negotiation table.

In this session we will:

  • Discover why effective negotiation skills matter
  • Uncover some of the common mistakes made by negotiators the world over
  • Bust some of the stereotypes about women as negotiators
  • Explore the five steps of brilliant negotiation using the advantageSPRING DEALS™ method
  • Understand the importance of the ‘human element’ in deal making and getting to yes

Prior to the webinar, attendees should read the following articles by Natalie:
