The recording of this webinar can be found here.

Katie's slides for her presentation can be found here.

You will benefit from this webinar if:
- You think you may be entering the peri-menopause, you are already in it, or you’re out the other side of it!
- You are confused by the conflicting news out there and would like to navigate your way through
- You are interested to hear how you can support yourself medically and non-medically
- You are ready to step into your power, potency and pizzazz, own this time of your life and fully embrace being fabulous

Not every woman will experience pregnancy and childbirth. However, every woman, if she lives long enough, will experience the menopause. This is something that every woman around the world has in common.

How she experiences this natural life transition, however, will depend hugely on where she lives and her access to knowledge, information and the right people to speak to.

Yes, the the menopause can be challenging (find out the stats on the webinar). Yes, it can be debilitating. (Hear about Katie’s personal story).

Did you know, however, that this natural ‘rite of passage’ for women can also be one of the most powerful and potent times of our life? A time to fully embrace who we are, live by our values and be fully congruent?

Following on from her TEDx talk, Katie will be taking us through her own ‘roar of the menopause’ from the depths of despair to shining even more brightly than ever before.

In this webinar, you will learn:
- About female hormones and what they do for us
- What the menopause is exactly
- Why we may feel the way we feel
- What we can do about it
- How we can embrace our powerful femininity, fully expand into our Enchantress phase and plan for the future with joy (and no tampons!)
