Adda van Zanden is an actress in an international theatre group which is currently touring Europe with 'Shakespeare's Women,' a play about the power of women, in Shakespeare's time and in modern times.

Adda is also the owner and founder of Stage Presence for Business, a WEConnect International women-owned business. With this company, she takes the performance practice to the business world.

In the theatre, it is very important to make contact, not only with the other actors on stage, but especially with the audience; to be authentic and present. Adda brings that connection and presence to the business world as a speaker in the Netherlands, the Middle East, the United States and the UK and as a speaker coach at TEDx Delft and Ideas from Europe.

With her 20 years of experience as a creative business change maker, she transforms organisations through connection, collaboration and creativity.

Flourishing organisations can only exist through individual and collective well-being. Adda works with an ecosystem of drivers of transformation to develop that next level of leadership both at the national level in the Netherlands at LEF Future Center, and at international level as partner of Host2Transform and trainer at Center for Evolutionary Learning.
