Strategic Networking – Planning to Succeed

This workshop is vital to businesses seeking to succeed through key relationships. So many business lose opportunities as they put all their energy into just a few contacts. Large businesses turn over staff every 18 – 24 months and if you have built just the one relationship, be prepared to be very disappointed. 80% of SMEs do not have a networking plan yet rely very heavily on key relationships.

This strategic afternoon workshop could quite possibly save your business months of wasted efforts by planning the key networks you need aligned to your business objectives. You need between 5-7 key networks - you might even have them now, but they are unlikely to be organised in the way that is seriously effective. Just rearranging your contacts under key networks will transform the way you gain referrals. Find out more by attending this workshop.
