We run many events for our women business owners to help them network, and build capabilities and knowledge to help them work with you in the way that you need.

And in the spirit of sharing best practise, WeConnect International is pulling together a series of corporate to corporate seminars, to share and develop good practises in supplier diversity and inclusion.

The first date for your diary is:

Supplier Diversity, Learning from an inclusive approach to London 2012

Bringing together WE Connect International Corporate Members and other procurement professionals interested in developing their evolution of supplier inclusion.
This event brings a unique insight into the tremendous strides made by the Procurement and Diversity and Inclusion teams of LOCOG to deliver the most sustainable, inclusive and diverse Olympic and Paralympic Games. We will also share best practice and lessons learnt from other individuals and companies in the room.

Speaking at the session will be Gerry Walsh (Procurement Director, LOCOG), Laurie Neville (Procurement Programme Manager LOCOG), Stephen Frost (Head of Diversity and Inclusion, LOCOG) and Tom Secker-Walker (Diversity and Inclusion Co-ordination Manager, LOCOG). They will offer an insight into the procurement methods, learnings and experiences that bringing the greatest show on earth to London, has produced. Refreshments and an opportunity for networking will be provided after the event.

Places are limited, so please contact Louisa Moger at WeConnect International on to book your place.
