Most of us are feeling challenged right now.

We’re challenged by what is happening in our businesses, what’s happening for our loved ones, what’s happening for our teams.

Maybe you are cooped up in limited space with family members 24/7, perhaps home-schooling children, at the same time as sharing a home office and trying to run a business.

Maybe you’re stuck in isolation and feeling a lack of connection.

It can feel like you’re on a roller coaster- some days things are ok, some days really not ok.

There is little time to reflect, to consider, to breathe.

Or maybe it seems like you have lots of time but you’re struggling to focus or be productive.
When we are depleted emotionally, mentally or physically we can’t show up as the best version of ourselves and we don’t have the capacity to make the best decisions.

Many of us are struggling in survival mode at exactly the time that we’re being asked to step up in our leadership.

It can be emotionally overwhelming. And it’s hard.

But at the heart of any crisis are opportunities to do things differently.

In this webinar, Cath will share with you some simple tried, tested and proven techniques that will help you get out of survival thinking and take the first steps to move yourself and your business from surviving to thriving as we move through and beyond our present situation.

The session will cover:
• What survival thinking is and why it is keeping you stuck
• Three simple strategies for preventing emotional overwhelm
• How to get to ok and stay there even in the toughest times
• How to use triage to maintain your focus
• A powerful tool to nuture you, your team and your business as you move from surviving to thriving
