Speaker: Stephen Herold, Customer Engagement & Design Leader, IBM iX, Switzerland. Stephen is defining the future-state user experiences to drive customer adoption and market differentiation for IBM’s customers.
10.00 - 11.00 : Artificial Intelligence - Trustworthy AI / Overview on AI in Different Industries
Speaker: Anna Wippel, Business Development Manager Client Center Zurich. Anna is a very experienced and truly engaged speaker in artificial intelligence and deep learning. After a number of years of limited progress, artificial intelligence has seen astonishing developments in recent years and deep learning is part of that process. Anna will provide some tips and tricks about how to use AI and will provide an insight into how IBM is handling data.
